According to GB 18613-2020 “Minimum Allowable Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Electric Motors,” motor efficiency is commonly classified into four levels.

High Efficiency Motors

Efficiency ≥ 92%

High-efficiency motors provide excellent energy-saving performance and are suitable for industrial systems with strict energy consumption requirements.

Medium Efficiency Motors

Efficiency between 88% and 92%

Suitable for standard industrial machinery and general-purpose equipment.

High Energy Consumption Motors

The motor and driven equipment should normally be connected through a coupling for coaxial transmission. If belt drive, chain drive, or gear transmission is required, please specify before ordering.

2. Starting Method

Variable frequency motors are recommended to operate with a VFD. Please inform us in advance if special starting methods are required.

3. Bearing Requirements

Chinese-brand bearings are standard. If SKF, NSK, FAG, or other imported bearings are required, please specify before ordering.

4. Installation Altitude

Standard motor design is suitable for locations below 1000 meters altitude. For high-altitude environments, customized design may be required.

5. Ambient Temperature

Standard operating ambient temperature range is -15℃ to +40℃. For extreme temperature environments, please provide detailed operating conditions before ordering.
