Overview

The YR, YRKS, and YRKK series 6kV and 10kV (H710–H800) large high-voltage wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motors are developed by introducing advanced international design and manufacturing technologies, in accordance with relevant national and international standards.

The electrical performance, power ratings, and installation dimensions comply with standards such as GB755, IEC 34-1, and GB/T13957.

Among them:

• YR series: Basic model series

• YRKS series: Air-to-water cooled enclosed wound rotor motor

• YRKK series: Air-to-air cooled enclosed wound rotor motor

The YR series motors feature high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, low vibration, reliable operation, and easy installation and maintenance, making them suitable for demanding industrial applications.

Structural Features

The YR series adopts an internationally common box-type structure with excellent manufacturability. After removing the protective cover or cooler, internal components can be easily accessed for inspection and maintenance.

• Rotor with copper bar construction and Class F insulation

• Silver-copper brazing for coil connections to improve reliability

• Stator with external press-fit structure

• Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) insulation system

• Anti-corona and moisture-resistant insulation design

• End-cover spherical sliding bearings with strong load capacity

• Compact terminal box with flexible wiring options

• For motors above 2000kW, an additional terminal box is provided for neutral point connection
